|
David Spence was born in Cape Town and resides in Pinelands.
Dave has been coaching since 1978, and had been head coach
of Pinelands' Athletic Club since 1984 till the end 2001.
Dave has recently launched the Adidas running club where he
is the Chairman. He is a qualified head coach with many years
experience and continues to lecture at many National, Provincial
and local coaching courses.
Over the years Dave has helped many athletes and has the distinction
of training SA representative athletes from 100m on the track
to the marathon on the road. The 100m track record set by
the athlete he coached still stands today. His athletes have
attained numerous medals at national and provincial standard.
Time-to-Run is proud to
have a man of such stature working with them and welcomes
