I already had 8 physio sessions and have another 2 or 3 programmed for this week. I had an appointment with my orthopedist and he said that everything is going fine, but to keep things easy up to the three regular weeks of recovery (which will end up this week). I was thinking of taking a day off today, and ask what to do tomorrow. Keep the 30 min easy for the rest of the week? Tksââ¬Â¦ MMS Improving 10k with regular training - TheEd - 01-12-2009 easy running for the first 7 days of running and then we can try easing in a little bit of faster running as we progress nice to have you coming along gamely TheEd Improving 10k with regular training - MMS - 04-12-2009 Hi Coach, I still have some physio sessions and I donôt feel 100% better yet. Have a nice weekend. MMS |
