Hello Ed
Training going well again have followed the sub 50 min program and feel very good
Have done a 5km paced run in 24min 10 sec felt good no crash and burn ,weight has come down to 84kg from 90kg and can feel my running improving again .Will do a 5km run on the week end as there are no races around yet .

Hi The Ed
Been doing the sub 50min 10km program and going very well .On my 3 x 2km runs i ran all 3 in +-sub 4min 45 per km and felt good .My 5km paced i did in 24min a felt good Did time on feet 1hour 45 min +-17km legs fine
There is a 10km race coming up next week which i will do and will let you know results Weight at the moment has come down to 83kg and feeling good a big difference from 92kg a few weeks ago

great to hear QG .. keep things easy and with consistency your weight will drop below 80 over time

be patient and then the running results will come naturally

Hello The Ed
First merry x mas and happy new year thanks for a great program and kick starting my running again I have been away for a while on holiday up far north Queensland .I have run a 10km race in 47min feeling great started slow and and ran second half quicker during this time i have finished 3x the sub 50 min program and feal i can run slightly quicker I have done 2 park runs cruising easy in 23min weight at the moment still around the 82 to 83kg mark Back at work and ready to start a new year Thanks the Ed

good stuff QG .. be patient, the weight will come down and the pace will become quicker

hopefully you can drop to be low 80kg without too much training and then by 78kg you should be closer to 40 minutes for 10k

patience is the secret as the engine is still similar to as in the past, just the padding has changed
