Hi,

I accidentally went slightly quicker than suggested for the first few, I wasn't checking my pace but it felt manageable. Here are the splits:

8:39.8 4:20 166 181
8:36.3 4:18 178 184
8:43.2 4:22 179 185
8:54.4 4:27 179 183
9:12.8 4:36 179 183

Here are the two easy runs, it was done on the treadmill but my garmin somehow guess how far I went:

What do you think I should be aiming for in the 1k session on Tuesday?
