Ok got that. (With some help from Excel) I've come up with 3:40 as my pace for the 2k session, which is 7:20 per interval.
And 3:30 pace for the 1k session. And 1:20 (at 3:20 pace) for the 400m session.
So that's a little slower than what I've been aiming for. Do these pace/times sound about right?
I've got a couple of weeks left on the build-up programme. I'll continue with that and start the sub 35 10k programme in about 2 weeks, using the above pacing.
