Beginners programme.....

Hi All,

I'm back here again.....

It was my 45th birthday yesterday and I plan to start with the beginners training program later today.

3x30 mins sessions for the next 2 weeks.

I do a circuit class once a week and have a short cycle to work everyday and run sporadically.

My target is to get a some routine to my sporadic stop start running
