I did the day 5 run today and covered 17.8k (11 miles) in 90 mins.
By the way my latest day 3 (5x2k) average pace was 3.31 per k.
I'm not sure how to pace the half in 2 weeks time. My thoughts are run the first half slightly relaxed in around 43mins, then push hard if I'm feeling ok in the second half. Does that sound ok?
