what is ment is :
up to day 15 of the sub45 program nothing changes
day 16 (wednesday): 30 to 40 minutes easy run (new run to move the rest of the program one day up)
day 17 (thursday): 40 minutes easy run
day 18 (friday): 40 minutes easy run
day 19 (saturday): rest
day 20 (sunday): race
