Progress

Onto the next cycle already. Did a 4.08 / min 6k race to finish last cycle. Did 4.04/2k series yesterday in this cycle on running track:
4.04 153bpm 4/5
4.06 160bpm 4/5
4.05 166bpm 5/5
4.05 169bpm 5/5
4.03 171bpm 6/5

Main goal will be to lower body weight, still around 77 kg
