Day 2 - 30 min easy - 152bpm - OK
Day 3 - most difficult day. I could not keep up with all the intervals.

Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 1h 30 min - 160bpm - OK
Day 6 - 30 min easy - 152bpm - OK
Day 7 - Easy 10K - 154bpm - OK
