So i have just started back again this week. Training is going well
thank god, i haven't lost much fitness if anything the break has done me good.
Took today as my rest day so i'll be doing my 2k session tomorrow
not looking forward to that.
Will i still aim for 4:15 - 4:20 for my 2k reps.??
