oops, misunderstood, easy 30 minute run monday and tuesday and then 5 x 1k on wednesday! and 4m45s im going to try for

i missed my weekend run im afraid, too busy but will get my 30 minute run in today at a comfy talking pace

carry on according to the program

don't try make up for the lost days

the program does need consistency, however at least you get a marker at the end of this cycle and we know what more can be done

onwards

thanks for the help ed! had my half an hour run today, except it was playing football, does that quite count? my ankle was giving me gyp though

keep me informed about the ankle and make sure to keep the calf muscles loose and relaxed

the calf assists the ankle

well ive been resting the ankle as well as myself, since i last posted ive had a horrid cold and been bed ridden so no running whatsoever and still feeling awful, grrr!!

these things happen, do take your morning pulse, so you have a marker to relate to when checking to see your recovery

be patient and you should come back easily
