build up
Hi ED,
just a few lines to give you an update i started on the build up which i decided on a 3 week plan.I started out nicely for the first 3 days then got a reaction in my right knee,It swelled up and became stiff behind the knee with a slight poping sensation.Yestoday was a rest day anyway and the swelling has gone as quick as it came.I am ment to do the 40 to 50 mins rolling hills today which i might miss to be on the safe side.I think the ajustment to running on a treadmill may have caused the problem,as my quads where tight after the 1 hour runs prior to this happening.Other then that not much to report regards jon.
