ItHey Ed, finally got some solid improvement, nice session when starting and finishing strong, even a little sore from Thursday's workout, did the 1500m related in the morning and hit the gym at night, got some rest yesterday with a couple of beers �*���� while watching the Brazil in the world cup 1500TT today

1500m in 5min46, cut 11s from last TT, so I'm really happy.

Hey TheEd,

Well, the plan is to start another cycle tomorrow with 5 x 1k, then 6x600, 1500m related and the TT as usual.

Any thoughts differently from that?

continue as per last cycle but see if you able to build in at least 1 aerobic run

starting from 20 to 30 minutes and then building it up to 40 mins then 50 min and onto 1hr

if you able to have a 1hr run in your cycle you will see a massive benefit in everything
