My swim and bike were about fair for my current training/conditioning. I was very happy with my run off the bike. I didn't have a watch or hr monitor, so just ran to feel. I actually slowed down a bit over the last k as I knew I wouldn't catch the guy in front
Today is the beginning of a new cycle. The temps have dropped a bit here, so I'm looking forward to a good Autumn/Winter.
My next 10ks are 10th and 24th April. The 10th will enable me to complete a full 3 week cycle. The 24th is a week short, however there is no 10 option anywhere the following week. Should I aim for both with a bit of juggling for the 24th?
