this is fine for now, you on the right track, and there should be natural progression

Hi TheEd,

I've woke up feeling strong and happy to do the session but the weather is awful, raining a lot and a little storm passing by here... So I headed to the gym to use the treadmill, I know it'll be easy than run on the streets so I went a bit faster and ending strong..

6 x 1k R90

Lap Time
1 4.15
2 4.15
3 4.15
4 4.15
5 4.05
6 3.55

In the end it turned to be a great session and I'm feeling stronger now, despite I know the treadmill make the things easier.

Best Regards Ed,

FL

consider cutting the 90 second rest down to 60 seconds and see if you able to maintain the same pace, this is the truthful 5k session

looking good

Hey the Ed,

I'll baptize this cycle as wet cycle hahaha still raining so I headed to the treadmill .... again! the forecast predicts that should keep raining until next Monday...

10 x 400m R60

Lap Time
1 90
2 90
3 90
4 90
5 90
6 85
7 85
8 85
9 85
10 85

I know the treadmill isn't a good parameter, at least, I felt good while running and feeling strong.

Regards,

FL

I won't complain because it could be worse and I could stay without run these two weeks, but I'm tired to run on treadmill and today had to be like this, again.....

1500 related pace

Distance Time Rest
400m 80 120
300m 60 120
200m 40 120

400m 80 60
300m 60 60
200m 40 -

As you can see Ed, I've cut the rest by half because it was too easy and keep this way even after the cut... I couldn't go any faster since I was in the speed limit of the treadmill...

It wasn't a bad session, at least I'm running... hope the weather gets better until Saturday but I'm not confident on that.... unfortunately...

Best regards Ed,

FL
