Hey Ed,

great session today. I've did as you said and made the 60s rest in the 1k session. I'm feeling that I've lost some weight and this is definitely helping me to run better.

6 x 1k R60

Lap Time
1 4.20
2 4.17
3 4.22
4 4.15
5 4.17
6 4.11

Feeling great about this session! I could control the whole session and finish strong...

Regards,

FL

Hey Ed,

my favorite session, I have to say, but also tge hardest especially in the last three laps....

10 x 400m R60

lap time

1 82
2 85
3 87
4 85
5 88
6 88
7 86
8 90
9 88
10 92

As usually I came too fast in the first 5 laps, doing the the first 200m in each set in 40s. After that I've try to maintain the pace in the whole lap.

Regards Ed,

FL

hey The Ed,

unfortunately I had to run on treadmill again, impossible to run on the streets due to all the raining falling since yesterday. As told you before I can't go faster because the treadmill speed limit.

I've cut the rests by half to keep it a little harder.

1500 related pace

400m 80s r60
300m 60s r60
200m 40s r90

400m 80s r60
300m 60s r60
200m 40s -

regards ed,

FL

p.s It's true ed, I really enjoy the 400m's session... despite all the effort haha

Hey Ed,

Well Ed, I'm still with rain problems and needed to go to the treadmill and to do the TT ....

TT ( treadmill)

time distance pace

6min 1.8k 3.20

As you once said its good to finish a cycle with a fast run. That's what I've tried to do.

Best regards and a great weekend Ed,

FL

Hey The Ed,

Well, facing some problems with all the rain and this time with hail.....

So, went to the treadmill....

6 x 1k R60

Set Time/Pace Rest

1 4.08 60
2 4.08 60
3 4.08 60
4 4.08 60
5 4.08 60
6 4.08 60

I'm glad that I can see some improvement even on the treadmill.

Following the plan....

Best Regards Ed,

FL
