Robin switch to day 1 of the program for today and on Thursday it will be Day3 which will be the 2000m session

do you understand this?

Har idag varit ute på 30min lugn jogg. Imorgon blir det 2000m intervaller

Robin, just stick to the programme and give the programme a chance.

Run your 2000m session according to your previous session.

2km intervaller

Hej !

Sprang idag 2000m intervaller precis som du skrev till mig.

Tider :

2000m - 7.50

2000m - 7.56

2000m - 7.56

2000m - 7.54

2000m - 7.57

Robin from this 2k session it shows your 10km race was quite good actually

so there is some work to be done to build the speed back up again

Morgonjogg

Sprang idag lugnt och skönt 9km på tiden 47.10. Sprang i skogen så det blev lätt kuperat.

Träning - Tävling

Hej !
Har idag vilat från träning. På Onsdag ska jag tävla och springa 12km. Hur gör ska jag träna imorgon, ska jag springa distans på 90min som det står i programmet eller ska jag springa tisdagens intervaller 1000m x 6 ?

Träning - Intervall

Hej !

Sprang idag intervaller 1000m x 6. Hade 90s vila mellan varje intervall.

Tider :
1000m - 3.37
1000m - 3.35
1000m - 3.32
1000m - 3.34
1000m - 3.34
1000m - 3.38

Sprang intervaller idag för att jag ska tävla på onsdag.

Imorgon tänkte jsg springa lugnt i 1h och på tisdag 30min lugn löpning.

Hoppas att jag tänker rätt...

Hi Robin, as you know it has been Midsummer so response a little slower

OK .. if you were racing Wednesday it would be good to take things easier now

Rest day before 12km race

MOnday an easy 30 minutes run
