new to training
Hello, I am 46 years old, NOT overweight and new to training. I have run in a local 5K for the past two years (33 min & 29 min) but never had a real training program, and haven't been running in the hot summers or cold winters. I would like to start running more seriously. I am looking for a good web site to come up with a good training program, track & log my training , and help keep me going. Any ideas?
