so the conditioning stage is the preseason phase??


and i dont get what you mean when it says

Week 1. 2 - min hard 2 - min easy X 10.

Week 2. 3 - min hard 2 - min easy X 8.

Week 3. 5 - min hard 3 - min easy X 5.

like where do i add this part in the training plan?? like what dayy??

so they do the "NOTES: 1. Morning runs of 20 - 30 min easy jog may be done from Mon - Fri." every morning at 6am ?

and they do the rest of the training during the arvo? at 4:30ish??

ok with the training program u provided me...its a lil confusing to understand...and it doesnt mention the intensity (mhr) and is this training program for pre season or one week prior to competition?
