Been a while since I´ve checked in here.
In the last year I have been struggling as usuall with injuries and this winter I had to take a two months break from running again because of a hip problem!
Went to spinning and wieghts instead.
Been running again since mars. Have built it up to 30k and 3 times per week combined with biking 70-100k/week. Did a 5,1k race today at 22:13. That feels ok but now I´m back at calfeproblems again! It seems I cant get it right......
