so how we doing this side, running easy every 2nd day up to 20 minutes unless told differently

keep things easy .. we have kicked up the routine and there is no rush to make anything intense

this weekend we will look to do 1hr of activity

10 minute walk 20 minute jog and then 10 minute walk followed by 20 minute jog

that will be the highlight of the week

then next week we doing the 2k session again

TheEd
ps.. back online now, so things should be a lot better

No No .. that is for next week

this week is an easy week

you end it off with the longer stuff on Saturday

be patient

next week 2k session

every 2nd day this week you can run 20 minutes

tomorrow 20 mins then Thursday 20 mins

this will give you the recovery and provide you with the new rhythm

Saturday is the long session as mentioned above

onwards

you can move the session up to 4 x 2k starting at the previous pace

with the last 2k 5 seconds per km quicker

have you the times you running for this?

TheEd
ps.. we will introduce other forms of exercise quite soon but not now from this Thursday to next Tuesday
