hi ed did 4 k today 18.32 really tired now though what do you think for training program also like i said im going to gym 5 morns a week hour a day ish aswell what stuff should i be doing at gym skipping , weights , crunches etc cheers for all your advice

forgot to give you my times 18.32
1km - 4.42
2km - 4.33
3km - 4.46
4km - 4.31

grimmey from your feedback you seem to be well off a sub 44 minute 10km in your current state

we can proceed with training but should exercise caution

so let's look at starting on the

sub 45 minute 10km schedule

for your easy runs and other sessions we will need to discuss a fair amount

The 2000's will be starting off at 4 mins 50 per k

and also have to be approached with caution

sub 45 mins 10k but told you im really determined to beat that 43.58 in 4 week my brothers racing in same race so want to beat my pb and teach him lesson at same time lol

thought id let you know how it went beaverbrooks 10k result i did it 40.45 thanks as always for all your help having a week off to choose another race then we will get started on getting under 40mins next time cheers

going to start again on monday next race city of manchester 10k 4 july will have about 6 week to train do i start on sub 40 mins as i finished last race 40.45
