Hi TheEd,

Well I went for my long run on Sunday but I have been unwell the last couple of days so didn't go out on Tuesday.

This poses another question. If you have been sick what is the best way to start back running.

I am starting to feel better now so would be ready for a run tomorrow.

easy 20 to 30 minute runs best to start with

also monitor morning pulse and make sure to stay hydrated
