England Athletes selected for Gateshead International

England has selected strong Teams for the Gateshead International on the 14th November, to take on teams from the other 3 Home Nations.

England has selected strong Teams for the Gateshead International on the 14th November, to take on teams from the other 3 Home Nations.   All the runners have already demonstrated good form this season and are sure to do well at Gateshead and a number ran for GB in last season's World Cross Country Champs.
 
Junior Women
Charlotte Purdue, Aldershot F&D AC - Ran the fastest leg at the recent Road Relays at Sutton Park and wants to do well in last year as a Junior
Dani Nimmock, C of Norwich - A new Name and ran a fast leg of 15m02s at Sutton Park
Louise Small, Aldershot F & D AC - Like Charlotte won a medal at the European Jnr T & F Champs and ran 14m32s at Sutton Park.
 
Junior Men
Harry Ellis, Warrington AC - Up and coming Athlete who ran 17m 29s at Sutton Park on the first leg
Nick Goolab, Belgrave H - Already achieved a lot was in the Bels silver medal Team at Sutton Park with a 17m35s leg
James Wilkinson, Leeds City AC - Ran the fastest leg for Leeds in the RRs with 17m19s and helped them to 5th.
 
Senior Women
Joanne Harvey, Exeter H - Led home the field on the 1st Leg at Sutton Park for 5th fastest overall with 14m21s
Sarah Tunstall, Kendal AC - Silver medalist in recent Commonwealth Mountain Running Champs, is selected subject to fitness
Hannah Whitmore, Charnwood AC - Another established International, Hannah was 1 sec faster than Joanne at the RRs for 4th fastest.
 
Senior Men
Neilson Hall, Bedford & County AC - Joint 4th fastest overall at Sutton Park with 17m06s and helped Bedford to 4th Team spot.
Scott Overall, Blackheath & Bromley - 4th in the Gt South run this followed a 17m03s run at Sutton Park
Micheal Skinner, Blackheath & Bromley - Another experienced International, ran 17m 23 at the RRs and gained B & B 10 places.
