showed here on Sunday just why the legendary Ethiopian
runner Haile Gebrselassie has repeatedly described
his compatriot as his heir apparent.
He added his name to an illustrious list of former
champions in the 60-year history of the race, one
of the oldest cross country races in the world, and
notched up his fifth consecutive victory since returning
