News Now for all the latest news

Interest in athletics is on the rise and the media is slowly starting to realize this by increasing the exposure of the sport. Yet whilst news invariably gets a mention, coverage of athletics generally stops there. No attempt is made to look further than the news story to see what is really happening in Maltese athletics.

Launched in December 2003, Running Malta aims to fill this void. Issued every two weeks, it features articles that cast a critical eye over what is happening at Marsa and that aim to provoke a discussion about the athletics' situation.

Other than that, each edition of Running Malta includes tips on how athletes can improve their training and general guidelines for a healthy living.

There is also the 'Heard This, Heard That' section that features all the latest news along with a calendar of events that lists any upcoming activity.

Future plans include interviews with leading athletes but local and foreign as well as a look at upcoming Maltese talent.
