Time-to-Run looks to improve on its coverage of XCountry in 2007.
Many a great athlete has gone on to make their name after
capturing this title. And there are even the greats who have
never one this event, but have still cemented their names
as one of the greats of running.
XCountry for years has played an integral part in the athletes'
build up towards the track season. The event is not only enjoyed
by the elite athletes, it is a firm favourite of the ordinary
runner. XCountry is definitely something a beginner runner
should aspire to do, once you have achieved your goal of running
road races, your next step should be to compete in XCountry
events, this should be a prerequisite before runners dream
of running a marathon.
