View the reports to get a feel of the 2003 Championships, which were run in unseasonably warm climatic conditions in Switzerland, across the fields of the Avenches Equestrian Centre. The course was constructed to reflect XCountry conditions, with 'synthetic' hills constructed to provide more of a challenge.

Yet again, it was a case of African dominance on display.
