Los desgarrospronto se cubren conuna cicatriz, que es menos flexible quela fasciaplantar agravandoel problema.<a href=\"http:\/\/www.time-to-run.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1plantar.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-72 size-full\" title=\"fascitis plantar\" src=\"http:\/\/www.time-to-run.com\/es\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/06\/1plantar.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"210\" height=\"260\" \/><\/a><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>S\u00edntomas dela fascitis plantar<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El doloren la basedel tal\u00f3nes m\u00e1s agudo por la ma\u00f1anadelevantarse de la cama, yal iniciar una carrera.El dolor puededesaparecermientras se caminao cambiamos la zancada.Esto solo nos dar\u00e1 unalivio temporal.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Causas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>-El estr\u00e9s, la tensi\u00f3n y elforzar lafascia plantar<\/p>\n<p>-Rigidez en los m\u00fasculosde laspantorrillas, tendones de aquiles tensos\u2013 lugar donde hay m\u00e1s tensi\u00f3nen lafascia plantar.<\/p>\n<p>-Sobrepronaci\u00f3n(los piesgirandemasiado hacia adentroen el impacto)<\/p>\n<p>-Arcos elevadosy piesr\u00edgidos<\/p>\n<p>-Zapatosincorrectoso desgastadas<\/p>\n<p>-Excederse con el entrenamiento<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tratamiento<\/strong><strong>de la fascitis plantar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto tratamiento:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dejarde correr, especialmente cuando el dolor sea severo, si el dolor es leve,reducir el entrenamientoy la intensidad; tratamiento (5-7 d\u00edas)con medicamentos anti-inflamatorios no esteroideos (ibuprofeno \/voltaren\/cataflam\/Mobic) disponibles en su m\u00e9dico de cabecerao bien en el farmac\u00e9utico.<\/p>\n<p>Aplicar hielo enla fascia plantar-durante 10minutos cada 2 horas, con el fin dereducir lainflamaci\u00f3n.Una forma eficaz para hacer hieloes llenaruna botella de pl\u00e1sticode 500mlde Coca-Colacon agua ycongelarla. Aplicarel hielorodando la botellabajo el pie.<\/p>\n<p>Auto-masaje;el uso de aceitede \u00e1rnicaoun gelanti-inflamatorio,en la fascia plantar estirada,sobrelosm\u00fasculosgastrocnemio y s\u00f3leo.<br \/>\nCuando se vuelva acorrer, hacerloescalonadamente.<br \/>\nLa recuperaci\u00f3n total, por lo general,ser\u00e1en un periodo entreseis y ocho semanas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tratamiento m\u00e9dico<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong><br \/>\nFisioterapia,si la lesi\u00f3nno responde alauto-tratamientoen2 a 3 semanas<br \/>\nOrtopediao podolog\u00eda,para prescripci\u00f3n de aparatos ortop\u00e9dicoshechos a medidapara el control dela pronaci\u00f3n, opara reducirla tensi\u00f3n enla zona del tal\u00f3n.<br \/>\nRayos X,para verificar si hayunespol\u00f3n en el tal\u00f3n.<br \/>\nTraumatolog\u00edasi la lesi\u00f3nno responde altratamiento de fisioterapia.Una inyecci\u00f3n de cortisonao cirug\u00edapara liberar lafascia plantarpuede ser la soluci\u00f3n.<br \/>\nEjerciciosalternativos:<br \/>\nNadar,correr en una piscina, ciclismo (en una marcha baja) &#8220;spinning&#8221;<br \/>\nEvitarcualquier ejercicio quehaga presi\u00f3nsobre lafascia plantar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Medidas preventivas:<\/strong><br \/>\nEstiramiento de los m\u00fasculos gemelos y del s\u00f3leo. Hacer estiramientos durante 30 segundos, relajarse. Repetir los estiramientos dos &#8211; tres veces al d\u00eda.<br \/>\nRecordar estirar bien la fascia plantar antes decorrer.<\/p>\n<p>Sentarse en el suelo con una rodilla flexionada hacia nosotros. Tirar de los dedos de los pies hacia atr\u00e1s. Mantener la posici\u00f3n durante 30 segundos. Relajarse. Repetir el procedimiento con el otro pie. Repetir 2-3 veces cada d\u00eda.<br \/>\nRecordar estirar bien los m\u00fasculos del pieantes de correr.<br \/>\n1) Levantar canicas o pelotas de golf con los dedos del pie.<br \/>\n2) Tirar de una toalla hacia nosotros con los dedos del pie. Coger la toalla con los dedos, tirar de ella y luego soltar, coger de nuevo y tirar de ella un poco m\u00e1s fuerte, para relajar la fascia plantar, coloquemos una pelota de golf bajo el pie, y la hacemos rodar pie debajo del Comencemos con la pelota en la base del dedo gordo del pie, y la rodamos hacia delante del pie, luego lo repetimos otra vez. Mover la bola hacia la base del dedo gordo y repetimos. Repetir el procedimiento con cada dedo del pie.
