I can't move them, I've too much going on at work this week.
I feel fine today so I'll just do something light and save myself for the intervals tomorrow.
Why would you suggest moving the days for the next cycle? To get the big run on the Saturday? Starting on a Monday generally suits me better to be honest as I work shifts (bar work) so I like to get the heavy running out of the way before the busy weekend.
