if you want to be really thorough you can record the temp and wind conditions as these all play a factor in the pulse rate.
also a matter of interest is how quickly the pulse drops during the first 30 seconds for example
Enjoy the session, it is easier than the 5x2k session however in order to run sub 35min you will be coming down to running it between 3.15 and 3.20 per K
so it will be nice to see the progress from where you are to where you will be in say 6 months
