sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 22-02-2009 you should definitely feel happy with your progress and if you look through your last few weeks of training you have only just come to cope with the 2000m session, so there is still a lot to come. Last week you ran harder than you should of and this is where you must learn to take things easy, so looking at your last 2 weeks you have a 5k PB and a 10k PB certainly much to be happy about don't set yourself up for huge expectations, it will come naturally and well done TheEd sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 22-02-2009 I'll lower my expectations and keep plodding away at my times. Today was an easy 40mins ahr137 mhr152 8.1k. Legs feel good after yesterday, i remember after the race last november that i was in pain the next day, So that must be a good sign also that i'm not today. What pace am i best trying for on the 2ks this time round. Shall i target 8mins per set? Thanks Ed Cheers Rob sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 23-02-2009 well .. that is the big one start at 4 minutes per k = 8 mins and then see how the session goes remember you have to complete the session even if you get slower Cheers and till the feedback TheEd sub 40 10 k.
