Easy 30mins - i got my schedule in a bit of a mess. But it will all come good for the 15th March Race day.

5.5k 30mins ahr121 mhr129.

Sorry tomorrow is the big day not the thursday after all.:confused:

I missed my run today because of work commitments......grrr:mad::mad::mad:
Had to do a 300mile round trip out to Swindon :mad::mad:

I don't want to skip the 2k sets.

Can i do them in the morn do u reckon Ed?

I think i could have gone quicker, at 6k i felt good and wanted to go faster, but i'm in it for the long game so i kept to your advice and completed this session strongly at agreed pace :whistle:

I'm gonna need to drop a session in order to make race day. But i'd like a rest day tomorrow Smile Please advise & thanks Ed :whistle:

you have come back nicely since when you were 'poorly' at the beginning of the year

Are you able to do the 1000's this Tuesday or are you doing it on a Wednesday?

because if you run with your current cycle you can race on the 15th March without problem

I'll just drop 05 longest run - 'time on feet' up to 1Hr 30min
And do the 1000's on wednesday - then i'm back on plan.

Sound ok? :confused:
