heck that aint no help Wink

we need to consider having a race of sort or even 4k time-trial to draw a level of achievement

and then a period of rebuilding etc as it wouldn't be wise to rill through to June now

What say you?

More changes, gonna stick to the original sub 40 schedule but added an extra day in to push the race day to tues as agreed.

Today 1Hr easy run
Wed easy day of 30min running
Thur start with 10 x 400m R 60 400/86sec - no faster P
Fri easy day of 40min running
Sat 30min easy 6x1min fast with 1min slow - 1min @ Race Pace F
Sun Easy 5k with the Mrs.
Mon Rest
Tues Race day local 10k route

I have found a 10k race on the 19th April :whistle: Woo Hoo!!

rob how are you finding your 1hr runs these days, are you finding them easy and not much fuss to do or do you feel you still needing to grind the easy runs out?

I guess i'm finding them easier these days.
I wouldn't say that my body is fresh the morning after but not far from it.

Hmm just looking at the sub 40 schedule, next time round when i run the schedule i'll be running the correct times:whistle:

I am really enjoying this and looking forward to some nice summer race days :p
