I took the easy option as my leg is still not 100%
40 mins 5k easy not going above hr of 123.
Leg is on the mend. I am looking forward to coming back and hitting the quality runs at full pace with much easier easy/recovery runs. Smile

It was going to be the 19th but i have to do stuff with my son so i was thinking of maybe doing an 8k time trial on the 18th. Sound ok?

Maybe you should consider restarting the program next week, doing the 2000's on Thursday?
