Do easy runs till next week

this weekend you can run up to 90 minutes and then see if you are able to do the 2000's on Thursday Wink

when starting the cycle try to slot it into Day1 being on a Tuesday

and besides this will give you more flexibility for the moon of honey

Cheers and enjoy

An easy 30 mins 5.6k.
A real nice outside run with my son following on his bmx.
We also went off road and did a bit of cross country which was nice.
I seem to start of slow these days and then build up to an easy quickish pace that i'm quite proud of.
Running at a nice speed when it's not a chore is a great feeling.

I'll keep the runs over the weekend easy as mentioned

Cheers Ed

Managed a slow 7.5k in about 45mins on Saturday outside, a nice run Smile.
Sunday i didn't run as my son was racing his bike. I did run round the track after him quite alot and this morning have a tight hamstring Sad.

I'm going to rest up today so i'm fresh for tomorrow :p

I am hoping that it will be alright for the start of the schedule again tomorrow.
I have iced it this evening and rested also.
Fingers crossed it will be strong for tomorrows run Sad
I should have iced it right away, i'm so annoyed with myself.
Also, seeing all the other runners out there tonight and having an injury is awful!

not an injury yet, its a simple niggle which can be nicked in time

I reckon you are right. I can not feel it this morning however i am still being tender with it. I'll push my run back to later in the day and see how it goes.
Fingers crossed Smile

Thanks
