oh Forgot to mention i seem to be able to come on stronger if i start off with a few easy sets then push on towards the end.
If i had to go out the blocks doing the 1000s at a faster pace i reckon i'd slow towards the end/kinda give up.... grrrrr :mad:

Hi Ed,

Yesterday was an easy 30mins on the road.
Today an easy 30mins on the treadmill.
Been looking after the legs not going at a too quick pace so all seems well atm.

Whats the plan for tomorrow.... :mmm:

So my pb for 10k so far is a low 42mins.
So the 2000s @ 4.10pk and the 1000s @ 4.00pk.
6k in total. Sound ok Ed?

This was a treadmill run btw. I was sweating like a maniac in the gym :laugh:

The pace we selected was good i think, a challenge but not a challenge too far.

What do u reckon Ed? oh and whats the plan for the rest of the week also.
Can i have a rest day on Sunday please? :mmm:

and then start new cycle from next week .. Tuesday

so easy run on Monday
