sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 15-07-2009 good stuff how the calves? TheEd sub 40 10 k. Please advise - robbie_1000 - 15-07-2009 I have a little muscle soreness in my right quad, Everything else is good. I'm planning to do less stretching til it's better. Less stretching on the easier days was what i was planning. A late night 30mins for me later as the Mrs is at the cinema. Running in the dark is fun, i know it's supposed to be at an easy slow pace but when your mind starts wondering cos it's pitch black the pace seems to increase! Good fun though! Cheers Ed Rob sub 40 10 k. Please advise - TheEd - 16-07-2009 are you sore on the inside of the quadricep or the outside?
