That's right....

Physio again, same as yesterday. Foot looks better. She allowed an easy run this night but it was raining really hard. Couldn't go out and run, thought wouldn't be safe 'cause would be slippery.

But this Wed I'll be out for an easy 30min and let you know! :great:

keep things easy for now and you should be able to slide into a light routine without problems

Physio session same as yesterday.

And I ran tonight (Wed)! It's great to be back. Big Grin

Didn't feel anything before, during or after the run.

Dist: 4,5k
AHR: 149
Temp: 26C under light rain

The physio said I would be able to run again this Thursday. So, another 30min easy. :great:

Hi Coach,

Physio again yesterday. But couldn´t run because it was raining hard last night. By the way, it´s been raining everyday after 5pm. So I woke up earlier this morning (:mad: it´s so hard to wake up earlier!!!). As you remember, higher bpms in the morning....

Dist: 4,7k
AHR: 156
Temp: 22C

Foot is ok. Again, felt nothing at all.

good news however you still need to ease in to running

so still take it easy returning to running over the next 7 to 10 days

Hi, just got back from physio and asked her about the next days. She said I would be free to ask you what to do.

So, what should I do the next days? :jester:

Btw, on Monday I have an appointment with the physician again.

it's getting past the first 7 days before attempting anything else

Hi Coach,

I could run the past four days (Fri-Mon), all easy runs and foot looks good (30min, around 4,5k to 4,7k, ahr 150 and temp 27C to 29C; yes, warm rainy days).
I already had 8 physio sessions and have another 2 or 3 programmed for this week. I had an appointment with my orthopedist and he said that everything is going fine, but to keep things easy up to the three regular weeks of recovery (which will end up this week).
I was thinking of taking a day off today, and ask what to do tomorrow. Keep the 30 min easy for the rest of the week?

Hi Coach,

I still have some physio sessions and I don´t feel 100% better yet. There´s some discomfort left to be healed so I´m not running these days.

I believe that I should get back to running after everything is fine.

I´ll keep you posted as I progress.
