this is the time to consolidate your running, allow your body to go through the recovery from the 10k race and NOT look to up everything right now

rather go into the 2k and 1k sessions with the idea of running the same target times as achieved before, looking to run the last 1 or 2 of each session a little quicker

you can look to getting the tempo 5k runs on target, so the aim would be to get to running sub 18 minute for 5k in training comfortably

please give me your thoughts on this
