10K Training Program Question - Hyperspace - 30-06-2009

Hi TheEd,

Took day off training today as advised - I'm off work at moment fitting a new bathroom, so staying pretty active even though I'm not running.

What's your advice on any training tomorrow?

Regards,

Daryl

10K Training Program Question - Hyperspace - 01-07-2009

TheEd,

30 mins easy: 5.6Km's/122 HRate Av/Pace Avg 5:21.

Got going quite quickly. Felt a little heavy on feet, they've been buzzing all day - still doing DIY on bathroom.

Calves were fine, had a good stretch afterwards.

Any other feedback required?

Cheers,

Daryl

Daryl, you can do the quality sessions but for the easy runs take a day off if there are further niggles

Cheers

10K Training Program Question - Hyperspace - 02-07-2009

Hi TheEd,

By Quality Sessions do you mean those from the 19 day cycle?

If so, do you suggest I simply start the 19 day cycle from Day 1? Starting tomorrow?

I have a race booked for next Friday - do you feel it would be best for me to pull out and concentrate on simply getting used to doing the 19 day cycle over and over before I race again?

Cheers,

Daryl

10K Training Program Question - TheEd - 02-07-2009

you could do a 1000m session between now and Sunday and then roll towards the race next week
