ps.. have you checked your weight, if you are heavier than when you ran the quicker times, you have an indicator

Hi Ed,

Yes your right. I have gained 2 Kgs(62kg) in the last 2 months and 4 Kgs since my previous PB.I shall look to come back to 58Kg.
