Hello, TheED!

Race of 5.6K yesterday - very hot (very much!).
I finished in 22:00 (3:56/K).
I'm happy because I finished strong and with the feeling that I could have forced more.
Starting now the next cycle. Target race on March 26th - 10K.

Best Regards!

try starting slower with the 1st of the 2k and building up as you continue

holding back with the first x 2 of the 2k session will help you finish stronger

hope all going well

Hello, TheEd!

Last night I took a 3K test with a race team in which I participate.
I did exactly 11 minutes.
It was not my best time, but I am happy because again I felt very good and finished strong.

Now it's focusing on the 10K target on March 26th.

Thank you very much!
Best Regards!

Looking forward for the 10K race next sunday.

Should I do a base period after?

Thank you!
