Good morning, TheED!

Happy to bring the race information from yesterday.
Not very easy route with several climbs.
I started conservatively, because I was afraid of not holding the pace.
I felt strong mainly from the 5th km.

Km 1: 3:56
Km 2: 3:56
Km 3: 3:57
Km 4: 4:00
Km 5: 3:58 (19:47)
Km 6: 4:00
Km 7: 3:59
Km 8: 3:57
Km 9: 3:47
Km 10: 3:38 (39:08)

Great recovery. I made 35 easy minutes today (7km - 134bpm avg).

Thank you for all your support.
Looking forward to the next phase of the sub38 goal training!

Best Regards!

this looks like a confidence booster

don't look to step things up now .. ease into this week and if anything look to the 1k session to increase effort and pace

this is nice going

sorry Fabre, you do the 2k session but do not look to increase the speed, and keep the long run the same .. then we can chat before the 1k session to see if we can increase the pace

hope that works

Hi, TheED!

You described the last race well as a "confidence booster."

R90 - 126bpm

2K - 7:48 - 175bpm avg
R90 - 133bpm

2K - 7:48 - 179bpm avg
R90 - 144bpm

2K - 7:49 - 181bpm avg
R90 - 146bpm

2K - 7:49 - 183bpm avg

Looking forward to the training sequence.
Best regards!

nice Fabre, you moving in the right direction

now become wise, always finish, knowing you can do more

becoming a controlled runner with experience, makes racing a whole new enjoyable 'thing'

onwards
