I did these on the treadmill as well - this time with a 2% incline.
I see now afterward on my results that I could have kept the pace a little faster.

As you can see the splits are a little messed up

Is it ok to go on with the 500 workout tomorrow?

Thank you!

this is great and if you can mention how you felt, whether the run was easy - relaxed - hard etc

so we can see how the patterns go

feedback we can work from for the future

ps.. hope it is all going well

Of course.. I can catch up by telling you a little of how it's been feeling recent time Smile

To begin yesterdays 1 hour runt felt quite relaxed, I had a little sore muscles since I had done the 500 workout the day before for the first time in 6 or 7 days. But it felt alright still.

The 1 and 2k runs have felt very good. I felt that I could have taken it further by pushing myself a little more, but I didn't since I thought it to be best to follow the instructions. Maybe that's because of the treadmill, I don't know.

Earlier this year my intervals sometimes were paced to around 3:10 for the short intervals and 3:40 for the long ones. I'm not sure, but maybe my legs are used to pushing themselves to that limit, so 3:45 doesn't feel that bad.

Then again I usually run on asphalt - so it might be a difference when I come out and do the intervals again.. But I am now running with 2% incline on the interval runs, like you said - on the other I have 1% incline which feels more similar to outside running when at such a low pace as around 5:00.

I feel confident about the future! Smile

be happy that you finding it easy as this is the adaptation phase to the cycles and if you feeling this way and can avoid problems you should get some nice results when racing

good to read

enjoy your weekend
