Hi Gavin!

Yeah, I've really needed to go to sleep earlier almost every night since I got home Smile

Do you think it's ok to change the monday running schedules to another sport?
A few friends play floorball (Innebandy) and asked me to join them at mondays.

Today is the first day and I'm supposed to be running 10k relaxed today.

What do you say?

regards,
Christian

Felt quite good Smile

Cold, but a nice run with half of the time on forest-trail. Sometimes I feel something in my left knee. I did that today. It doesn't hurt, but feels somehow.
I have experienced that earlier this year too, but it has never evolved to something more.

Time: 60:00
Distance: 12.28
Avg HR: 155
Avg Pace: 4:54

PS. Noticed I had written wrong days for some time. Now it was day 10 Smile

I saw the Days were not looking right and thought you had been changing them round

as for your knee .. you do need to look at doing supplementary exercises to assist in keeping body balanced

light stretching can be of assistance on an individual basis and specific stretching according to the various aches and pains

Good luck

Hi!

I have a problem. It has snowed a lot in Alingsås now. I think I could've run later today when they have plowed, problem is - I'm alone with my children, so I can't run until tomorrow afternoon.

Today I was supposed to run the 5k paced run. What do you propose?

Thankful for any advice on how to solve this. I really feel bad for myself when not able to follow the program.

drop the run and continue with the program from tomorrow .. Sunday run
