just wanted to ask again. i went out this morning, i have done my first session

2x5 times time around 3 45 too 7. 30.

when should i do the next 6x 1000? will i go for easy run tomorrow ? and after tomorrow will do 6x 1000? another question pleas what about some hill work out? and some work out like weight lift?

1000's should be on Tuesday if you did the 2k session on Thursday

tomorrow would be a longer run of around 60 to 75 minutes max to start with

depending on your level of fitness Monday can be a rest or an easy 20 to 30 minutes

then the 1000m session is 10 seconds per k quicker than the 2k session

I Didnt Do 2k Sessions Thursday, As I I Have Done Them Today. So Tomorrow I Will Probabley Go For Long Run. I Hope U Can Answer Me About Some Hill Work And Gym Work Out During This 35 Sub Thanks A Lots Man

you need to try get the balance right, as it is very important that the days 3 to 8 are kept balanced .. so normally you would do the 2k session then rest

so do easy runs till Tuesday when you do the 1000's and from there you should be back on schedule

hi again. just to let you know that i have completed the 6, 1000 this morning all went well. should i start 35 sub program tomorrow and run 75 minuts?

look at week 2 of the sub 35 minute 10km program

so this says - Wednesday: easy day of 40min running and then
Thursday: easy day of 1Hr running or 15K distance

for next weeks 400m session we should discuss pace closer to the day

try to be a little more cautious as sometimes the 400's can cause 'calf problems'
