D .. you certainly can't be disappointed .. you in a way shouldn't even have been running and despite all the problems mentioned you managed 45 minutes
keep it positive .. when you get back to a routine of training try to ease off when you see the warning signs light up
it is still the same pattern, you need to ease off at regular intervals to give the body a chance to absorb the stresses
it will get better
