Today I did the 5 x 2ks with a 90 sec breather! It was a killer.
1: 7min 55
2: 8min 25
3: 8min 30
4: 8min 55
5: 8min 50
I've completed the first 3 days now, but am going to London for the weekend so not out again until Monday when I will be running everyday following the program. From these times do you think it's possible for the 10k in under 40min. It's a toughie.
